Supported File Types

ACDSee SendPix supports two media file types:

• JPEG
• MP4

Although RAW images cannot be loaded into SendPix, RAW files can be sent from ACDSee Photo Studio to SendPix, which will convert RAW files to JPEGs.

Note: On iOS devices, HEIC images and MP4 videos shot with the HEVC/H.265 codec will automatically be transcoded to JPEG and H.264 respectively before sending. Transcoding to JPEG and H.264 may cause file sizes to increase. If the post-transcoded total file size is greater than the maximum album size, the album cannot be sent, even if the original files were smaller than the maximum album size.
